I lead engineering teams building Epsilon's foundational data platform infrastructure—processing 5K+ batch jobs daily while serving 30+ enterprise clients and enabling dozens of product and analytics teams, processing 2 PB daily. My mandate bridges technical depth with organization-wide strategy: deliver scalable, reliable systems while building high-performing teams capable of autonomous, strategic execution.
